As a family we found Andrew to be very warm and welcoming. He accommodated all of our request, nothing was too much trouble. On the day of our father's funeral, they cared for us, we were never rushed. We were very pleased with the coffin, which we had been guided to pick, which fitted our wishes exactly. The cars and hearse were spotlessly clean and comfortable, the glass roof on the hease was just such lovely touch with the sun shining down on dad.
