Patient, Professional, Perfection. In such a daunting sad time I was greeted by the lovely Sienna who went above and beyond in explaining everything down to the fine little details to ensure that my mum had everything just how we wanted. On the day Lee was so patient and caring in going through what we wished for and ensuring that everything was perfect. Payne & Sons have arranged both my Mother and Father in Laws funerals and I can honestly say that their level of professionalism, their understanding and sensitivity to our needs were 100% met. All the staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end, they were smart, friendly and polite and they made what was two very sad occasions a lot more bearable, they took control, were informative and were extremely supportive to our family and friends.

My mum needed repatriation from north Wales and this was no problem for their team at all. They liased with their partners, G&M Goolds in Chester, who were also superb !
All correspondence had to be done over the phone and email as we live in north Wales.
Sienna excelled in continual help with planning and reassurance all the way through.
