We sadly lost our beloved mum in August, after a fairly sudden diagnosis and a very painful time of caring for her as she faded from us. When she died, we felt so lost and in shock, but we knew of Freeman Brothers and got in touch with them. They came out to us quickly and dealt with everything very sensitively, explaining the process clearly.
We then had a meeting with Chrissie in the Hurstpierpoint office and she could not have been more helpful and understanding, guiding us through every stage and making us feel valued and listened to.

We never want to think about our loved ones leaving us but it is the circle of life unfortunately. Choosing Freeman Brothers was the best decision I made in the saddest of times.
Russell was my first contact and instantly I felt at ease & that I was happy to entrust my mum to his care along with all the other funeral staff. We cannot Thank Freeman Brothers enough for their support, care and professionalism guiding us through a very difficult time to arrange our father's funeral.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and will always be grateful to them as would our late dad.

During what has been an extremely difficult time for our family, Chrissie and Russell at Freeman's have been a guiding light. From the moment we met them we knew that we had made the right choice. Both their professionalism and compassion has been so impressive. We will be forever grateful for their support and we recommend them without question. Thank you so much Chrissie and Russell for everything, from all the family.

No-one would ever choose to deal with a funeral director - but pretty much all of us will have to at some point for an event where there are no 'second chances'.
This makes choosing the right one imperative.
From our first interaction with Freeman Brothers (collecting our Dad from his home) they were professional, compassionate and human.
Dealing with Chrissie through the planning process made the whole thing as easy as it could ever be. She made sure we didn't miss anything crucial (you don't know what you don't know), took on board and 'ran with' all our - sometimes unorthodox - ideas.
