Firstly, my polite and genuine advice to anyone unsure of who to call when their loved one has just passed, call Aaran straight away! He made a harrowing time at 3am so much easier and took such good care of myself and my darling wife from her immediate passing all the way through to me taking her home after cremation. I felt well supported by Aaran and Ethan immediately and they could not have been more helpful, caring and respectful.
