The service we received from the moment my mum went into the care of Haines was outstanding. They completely took over and guided us with our decisions every step of the way, and were always on the end of the phone if we needed anything. All the stress was taken away by their loving care. The whole process of arranging my Mothers funeral was made very straight forward. All options were explained to me in detail but in a way that was easily understood by someone who was grieving. Jodie, the funeral director was obviously very experienced, her respect and understanding was clear from my first meeting to the day of the funeral. Her team were immaculately turned out as were the vehicles.
After the funeral I had to collect Mum's ashes from the funeral home, I wasn't looking forward to this but Vanessa made the process very easy, she explained about the certificate with the ashes and

And that care does not simply stop on the day of the funeral, but they are 'there' for folk in the difficult weeks and months following the loss of a loved one. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
