I rang this florist yesterday (having seen the good reviews) to order some flowers for a friend who has just had major surgery. I live out of the area. I spoke to Jo who was extremely helpful. On delivery to my friend who is using crutches,Jo even helped her to place the bouquet somewhere safe. First class service, and my friend said it's the nicest bouquet she's ever had!!!
