I’d like to thank the whole family for helping us with the plans for our late mum, we held a small service in their chapel which was so perfect and how she wanted it. Charlotte was so kind and caring from the day we called, the whole family offer so much support and made sure everything was perfect for my mum, they looked after her with so much care and love like she was one of their own.
