The whole evening was very emotional, from meeting with John Guiness again, to then connecting with friends at the end of the service. Having experienced a year like no other, the service itself was a time for reflection; sad, uplifting and beautiful.

Shepherds treat us with compassion and kind understanding from the initial phone call through to visiting to discuss arrangements. Glen made a very daunting situation tolerable. His attention to detail and patience made it all the easier - this is clearly not ‘just a job’ to Glen, as he went above and beyond to put us at ease immediately, fulfilling our wishes and treated us with kindness at every opportunity.

At my late mothers funeral pam longley, Neil i think his name was, was very unprofessional constantly smiling and laughing to himself, looked very lonely standing there looking scruffy. I hope in the future, he takes more pride in his appearance and how he behaves.
