Carol and Kayleigh were friendly, professional and made you feel at ease. The funeral for my dad went smoothly and if I needed to ask anything there was never any problem getting in touch. If I was in the unfortunate situation of needing a funeral director again I would want Carol and Kayleigh to organise it again for me.
