When we found out my mum was terminal Steve was able to come to dove house to sort arrangements out with us and adhere to her wishes. When the time came he has been so helpful and kept us informed on when he picked mum up. He did everything he could for us, including opening up after hours so my brother (lives far away) could see her before she was cremated. He took fingerprints and hair so we can make memorabilia pendants. The coffin and flowers that he organised where lovely, with the extra flowers family was sent, put on her coffin. He walked her through to the main road after the family wa

Steve and Adie went above and beyond to make sure my partner was well cared for while in there care and made sure everything was sorted so he had a good send off they was also good at listening and was there to answer any questions when needed and made everything alot easier during the difficult time.

Can't thank these guys enough, no one should have to arrange a funeral but that's part of life, I Called these guys in what was a very stressful time and wow stress gone. Steve, at J.Ribbons services was amazing, so attentive and understanding and extremely patient, when going through such a difficult time. I couldn't recommend them enough, they have taken such great care of my grandma and helped us so much with all of our questions when you're in this difficult phase of life, it is a struggle during this period but Steve made this process so smooth. Extremely thankful ☺️
