At one of the toughest times in my life, John Parkin and son made the unbearable, not only bearable- but serene and beautiful. I can not thank and praise Mat and his colleagues highly enough for how they not only cared for our beautiful mum, but us as a family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, when calling day or night, for a request or just some reassurance. The whole team embodied true compassion and a genuine desire to do there utmost for mum and the family.
