A really excellent, old fashioned family firm. Nothing too much trouble, personal service, kind and considerate at all times. Really helped my family through an incredibly traumatic double bereavement, advising and helping at every stage. Very accommodating on fees, no upselling or unneeded extras. I lost my father some 40 years ago and a gentleman called Ronald Cogan took care of all the funeral arrangements. Looking back everything went very smoothly. On the 19th January 2018 I sadly lost my Mum and the family knew exactly who to contact. This time it was the son David who looked after my Mum. I have to say from the first phone call I felt at ease knowing everything would be professionally done. It was, and from comments passed in the village the funeral was most memorable.
