Few months back in June my mother suddenly passed and I discovered Caledonia Cremation. Emma was extremely helpful guiding me through the step by step helping ease my stress of the process as I didn’t know where to begin, I had never dealt with a cremation before. Emma was lovely and would check in regularly to see how I am getting on and kept me up to date with every step of the process, from bring my mother in to their care to the point of where my mothers ashes are being delivered. I was experiencing some issues with my friends funeral until I contacted Caledonia Creamation. During the first phone call I felt a weight lifted from my shoulders.
