Complete professionals, they execute perfection in all they do, Philip and his team Candice, Susan and all the behind the scenes staff are amazing. Although I was accompanying a family member to make funeral arrangements I got a genuine feel that they are all committed to and extremely passionate about their roles.

My mum's funeral was cared for yesterday by Scotmid funerals. The staff were brilliant and extremely professional all the way from the lady at Boswells Parkway, Carlyn who was seriously so helpful to us, to the carriage men on the horses and carriage, also the limousine drivers. Mums direct cremation paid for in advance around 2 years ago after my dad passed away. When mum sadly passed away on bonfire night it took 6 days to collect her from the hospital morgue and take her into their care.
