I recently had to entrust the services of Buchanan and Hogg funeral directors after the passing of my mother. From the first initial contact with Sheree, myself and my sister were put at ease with what was already a very difficult time. Sheree was a god send to us, taking us through the entire process including all the options that were available. This was done 2 days prior to my mum passing so to my mums delight, she got exactly what she wanted. My brothers funeral was a few years ago, but I've been annoyed by the service provided ever since and feel the need to leave this review. Issue number 1 was that during the service, they read out the names of the deceaseds family members, with them getting the name of his brother wrong. Offered do to a Celtic FC style coffin for the family, not only did it look completely cheap with the way it was painted bright green, it was also still wet and stained the pal-bearers jackets. Complete joke of a funeral directors, stay well clear
