We first met with staff at Thomas Marin just over 4 years ago when Dad passed away leaving a Dignity policy for his funeral. As his passing was all so sudden we didn’t know his wishes but they made everything so easy and they were so helpful. When Mum recently passed away Thomas Marin was the obvious choice for us as a family. Again we felt extremely welcome and supported in our decisions, some we knew others we had support to decide. From the initial phone call to the final part of my Mums funeral I was kept informed and updated the funeral director Steve went above and beyond his duties , very professional and he just seemed to know my questions before i asked him.
