We were recommended to Daniel Robinson funeral directors after the recent passing of our Mother. We dealt with Caroline Gunn from their Sawbridgeworth office, and we cannot compliment them and her highly enough, helping us make all arrangements in rapid time and supporting us through the entire process. She was very clear in what needed to be done and by when, guiding us through each step and in very regular communication, with sensible recommendations and replying to questions and emails at all times, including the weekend.

The best service and support in such a very difficult time, when I lost my Dad. Just the sound of Caroline's voice on the end of the phone or in person always put a smile on our face. Nothing was ever to difficult or too much, including delaying my Dad's funeral so that my Sister, from Australia, could attend.

It has taken me a while to write this review as all the words I had could not praise this funeral service enough. My sister and I were in bits when we lost our dad but Trevor and Caroline guided us through the process with pure professionalism and more importantly with exceptional friendliness.
