From the very first moment Wayne came to my Nan’s house to take her on her next journey, he was kind, compassionate, and quietly reassuring. I would like to share my experience with Daniel Robinson. Firstly we were made so welcome and supported by Liz, one of the Funeral Directors. She was very caring and kind but also upbeat and positive. Liz took our sister to the chapel and stayed with us all until we left. She even sang and danced to the song dancing queen along with everybody else. From the start to the finish of our time with Daniel Robinson we could not have faulted anything. I just want to thank the whole team at Daniel Robinson, Harlow for the first class service we received for the funeral of our dear Mum.
When we first met with Liz, we were immediately put at ease. Everything was explained with compassion and care, whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism. It was so comforting knowing we were in good hands again (they had looked after our Dad’s funeral too a few years back).

Chloe looked after us whilst planning our mother's funeral, and Wayne took care of the proceedings on the day. At every step of the way, we found Daniel Robinson to be highly efficient, knowledgeable, professional and so respectful. Utterly flawless. The day of the funeral ran so smoothly for which we are grateful. In addition, their clear instructions and liaison with the Reverand at St Mary of Latton Church meant that the service was perfect and ran like clockwork. We could not have asked for more.
