So…our dad died in June and our family chose Daniel Robinson to be our funeral director. Every step of the process our dad was looked after impeccably, with the utmost respect and dignity. Firstly the men who came to pick dad up at the house. They were so professional and kind and courteous - taking time with mum and the rest of the family at this very sad time. Then we met Tom Riches, who was to be the gentleman arranging dad’s funeral. Tom came to the house, (mum is 94) and immediately made us feel at ease. I was lucky enough to have Tom Riches from Daniel Robinson & Sons, Old Harlow to help me through such a difficult time and process. So professional yet caring. Tom dealt with my questions and my tears with kindness and compassion throughout. Every detail was covered and all my requests listened to and carried out. I’m so grateful, and my mum would have been so proud. Thank you for taking care of her and helping me honour her in such a beautiful way.

Elizabeth is so kind and made for what we anticipated being an awful meeting very calm and relaxing and relatively stress free. On the day of the funeral Roy was again kind, caring and a

On Wednesday Elizabeth and the Staff at Masterson helped us to say Goodbye to a beloved sister. They handled everything from start to finish with compassion, dignity and the most loving of care .Elizabeth held our hands through out this and also our brother’s passing three months ago . We had cause to use their services twice more in the past four years and always they have been professional and caring abore and beyond the norm. I was horrified to read that they have rude staff and are a badly run establishment that care little for the community.Their work and their late son Jerome’s Charitabl

Monday 14th May 2018 My Mum was laid to rest Joyce May Fisher Masterson Funeral Directors had the task to carry out the days arrangements, they were so caring towards my family and really looked after us at this difficult time, when the odds were against us, just Fantastic in every way. A big thank you to all the staff of the family run business, from Rachael Fisher, June , and myself Martyn Fisher for the support you gave us on the day.
