They got my dads name wrong in the paperwork before the event which we raised and they apologised for, but then the celebrant said the same incorrect name during the service. That is completely unacceptable for a grieving family. When I raised the issue I was ignored for a few weeks and when I kept pushing they then finally looked into it. The chap calling me rarely let me finish a sentence and was not super helpful. It has never been fully resolved. This is expensive generally and then they didn't even fulfil their role in supporting a family through this unpleasant provess. Would not recomme
