From start to finish the care we were shown was brilliant. The two gentlemen that came to pick my husband up after he passed were kind and respectful of him at all times. I met with Lynn Geest the funeral director who gave me all information needed and assisted me in fulfilling my husband's last wishes. She also had so much empathy for me and my loss.
Jim the lead organiser of the funeral was amazing, he explained everything that would happen on the day of the funeral in depth, there were no surprises. He and his team were impeccably dressed and gave us all support at the time needed.

From the pre-funeral arrangements through to the day of my mum’s cremation, the team were absolutely amazing. Everything was handled with kindness, dignity, and great professionalism.
I would also like to extend special thanks for the continued support following the cremation, particularly when arranging the removal of the stone from the existing plot in preparation for the interment of ashes. Dave, in particular, gave us so much of his time, never making us feel rushed, and answered all of our questions with patience, care, and genuine compassion.

Our daughter Winnie was suddenly and sadly born sleeping in September and F.E.J Green & Sons were trusted via the bereavement team to look after us for the final part of her journey before her service. Myself and my husband have never needed to sort this kind of thing nor should we ever have to, what has been the hardest and most painful time for us was made slightly more bearable by the team at Green & Sons.
