I would like to say a huge thank you to Sue for all the support she gave us while planning our family member's funeral.
Sue was compassionate, caring, and handled all of our emotions with genuine empathy throughout the entire process. During such a difficult time, her kindness and understanding meant so much to us.
The little personal touches made a world of difference, from the photo displayed in the room to the beautifully prepared service book. Sue kept in regular contact and was always there to offer reassurance, even during times of uncertainty.

Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for either of them and my endless calls and questions were met with professionalism. She always thought about our needs down to every detail and followed up on all elements of the funeral.
