I was very happy with how Sheryl at the Co-op funeral services office dealt with all the funeral arrangements for my husband, Derek, recently. She was extremely kind, considerate, sympathetic and helpful with many suggestions which I hadn’t thought of before. Nothing was too much trouble and she made sure that everything was in place for the perfect send off for him.
On the day of the funeral everything went off very smoothly. I have to give a special mention here to Terry who looked after me so wonderfully well every step of the way right from the beginning, throughout Derek’s final journey

I lost my wife, Julia, on the 25 of January. It was a shock and I didn't have a clue on what I needed to do. Sheryl Johnson and her colleagues talk me through what I needed to do and the decisions I needed to make.
Also as my wife was not religious, my daughters and I worked with a celebrant, Kirsty Hayden. I was not looking forward to our first meeting a the pain was still so raw.
