I can not rate this highly enough from start to finish was the highest level of care, professionalism and empathy! Nothing was ever too much for them to do from me turning up with a hand casting kit that I had absolutely no idea what to do and Ben and Milly sitting with me while I done it with my late mum, making sure I got it right because I’d only got one shot at it, to them putting up with me turning up almost every day to see mum making sure she was ready and looking wonderful for me to see her and sit with her. I cannot rate this establishment enough, I fell apart when I suddenly lost my mum, and as an only child it was my task to ensure the day was how I thought my mum would want it to be, I chose all the music, made my own tribute video, and all throughout the way I emailed almost daily to check everything was okay, and was always met with compassion and kindness. My main point of contact was Jordan, who was the most kindest person ever, a true asset to this company, she was never too busy to talk to me and listened to all my ideas, and the day ran beautifully.

The staff at Wimpole Road were very respectful and professional when arranging the funeral for my late father. Thankfully he’d had the forethought to pay for a funeral plan years ago, so there wasn’t too much to do, but the lady at the offices helped us with the extra things that needed arranging.
Dad was well “looked after” until the day of the funeral. My mum and brother visited the chapel of rest and were happy with their visit.
On the day of the funeral the drivers and pall bearers were all very respectful, and helpful, particularly with my mum who was in a wheelchair.
