★☆☆☆☆ A really bad experience for my father in laws funeral, Date of birth wrong. Day of funeral wrong and we specifically requested no ashes to the houses yet all the ashes delivered!! Nobody answered the phone, when you did get hold of someone no one authorised to make a decision. My mother in law was upset and this has caused her considerable stress. We won’t be using them again
