My mum had a funeral plan in place originally with another funeral directors but wasn’t happy with them so she moved her plan to Daniel Robinsons in Halstead and I have thanked her every day since she passed for doing this. From the moment they came to take her into their care I knew mum was in safe hands. Mum passed away in her home with me by her side and the respect and dignity shown to mum and myself that night made the hard part of taking her away a little bit easier.
