I was completely new to organising anything like this when it was time to arrange my dad's. They were the most helpful, lovely and patient people. My mum unexpectantly passed away recently and so I didn't have a clue what to do. Trudie and the rest of the team guided me through everything and recommended a beautiful celebrant and florist.
They went out of their way and collected her from the hospital before the start of the bank holiday weekend which I will forever be grateful for as I didn't like the thought of her being there on her own. The Funeral Director was spot on, very professional but very warm.
