If you are a family looking for a funeral directors who are open to doing things differently, then Richards are for you. We had a cardboard coffin delivered to our house to paint and decorate with designs, photos and pictures of all the things our dad loved to really personalise it. We were supported through out to ensure we could have the celebration of our dad's life that we wanted in his own garden of the house he brought us all up in. It was perfect and really set us on the right path to begin our grieving process. Thank you Cheryl (funeral director) for helping make it happen.

Recently lost a relative and the funeral was arranged by this funeral home. Firstly, it’s an absolute nightmare to get to. They had some renovations ongoing and made me go all the way around and walk up to what looked like a run down flat. The arranger was nice, but the funeral director Lou was horrible and rude. No manners at all. She has no empathy for a grieving family and decided to take control of my own funeral arrangements. She was arrogant and selfish to put the least. This ruined my experience and I would never use Richard’s funeral directors in the future. Not professional at all. Av
