We weren't overly impressed by the service. There was an insensitivity with letting us know about the ashes being ready to collect as they phoned barely 24hours after the cremation to say the ashes were ready as if we were in a rush to receive them. You might have the ashes in this time, but it would be much better to wait a few days or a week even to let us know. The day after the service is far too close! The thing you said you'd provide quickly in 48 hours was the link to the recording of the service which is something that would be good to get early afterwards to share with people but w
