We had a funeral service for our son with Hunnaballs and they were just so caring and friendly from the very beginning.
Leanne was amazing - so supportive and helped guide us through every step. As a parent it was heartbreaking but Leanne was brilliant and made such an awful process a little bit easier.
On the day we had assistance from Nicholas who was just as kind and compassionate.

Honestly cannot express how amazing these guys are. Considering the sad circumstances of their jobs they really are trained so well. They're so compassionate and from the get go they were amazing. The coroner originally used them and we was going to go elsewhere, the other company hadn't even communicated or collected our loved ones. Thank god we immediately changed, big mistake on our behalf for not sticking.
