We met Gary in 2017 when my Dad passed away and we had him to conduct the funeral. When my Mum passed away this March there was no hesitation who we were going to call to support us to make sure our Mum had a lovely smooth running funeral. Gary made a home visit to discuss our wishes and support us with our requirements. His professionalism, care and kindness is outstanding. It was so nice to have such a familiar face as well in knowing our Mum’s wish was to have Gary when the time came. I first met Gary at a funeral of a friend of my wife, I think in 2019, a lady lost her husband, he was immaculately presented , took care of the widow very well at the service, and came across as a friendly and capable guy . I didn't appoint him , my Sister in law did. I believe that Gary was working for a company called Harold White's on Wood Street , Walthamstow at the time. It was a deeply traumatic time, as my brother in law was only 48 when he passed, it was a complete surprise, and he passed on his birthday.
