★☆☆☆☆ Was interested in a headstone. They ignored the message they asked me to send. When I turned up in person with someone elderly and vulnerable, they could only (reluctantly) spare five minutes before leaving the shop. They brought up the message and said their WhatsApp was playing up. Might want to change settings so it doesn’t show when messages have been received and read another time. We had travelled half an hour to get there. Not a people driven business nor particularly polite. Would not recommend.
★☆☆☆☆ The most awful experience I have ever had when trying to get a headstone for my parents grave. From the first appointment through 8 months of lack of communication to end with other headstone being placed in the wrong place.
