★☆☆☆☆ I contact Paul King and spoke with Martin with regards to my parent who they were arranging the funeral via a pre payment plan. My parent's pre mentioned wishes seemed to be totally disregarded as where most of the family. When questioning this I was met with insults and rudeness, this making a distressing time even more so. He even when I asked when I could see my parent laughed saying "well we're waiting on clothes". I'm sure everyone would agree that at this emotional time what you need is empathy and understanding not insults. I wouldn't recommend this company at all due to lack of co
