I truly couldn’t fault the Rayne Road Coop Funeral Care branch in any way.. I had several poor experiences in the process of my Mum’s passing with different organisations but the Coop Team were the only people who really pulled out for me and their service outshone anyone else I was in contact with during that time.. They kept me up to date at every stage of the process post my Mum’s passing, would call me to let me know when things are moving forward and done this exactly when they said they would at a reasonable time for me. In your time of need please bare in mind that you should not sign up to the co op just because they were called out to undertake your loved one. A few tips may help you. 1 check before you commit what the £800+ fees for professional services, support and advice involves. I can now say it is not value for money. 2. do not be afraid to find coffin suppliers yourself and reject the hard sell you will get from co op to use their suppliers at three times the cost. 3. The ladies there I am sure mean well but they job share so you will not be dealing with one person you will be dealing with at least
