From the start to the finish, Martyn was attentive, kind and professional. The preparation was thorough and personal and on the day of my Mum's funeral, even though we had some blips in the Chapel with music, Martyn helped resolve any issues keeping us completely in the loop at all times. He made us feel like it was the only funeral he was doing all week! Excellent service and he got us through a difficult process and day with the utmost care and attention.
