Professional, caring and efficient. David was all of these things and more. From the initial contact to talk about the future arrangements through to Mums passing I had complete faith I had made the right choice. David was very caring and helpful and guided me through from the initial contact, taking mum from the care home when she passed to the funeral parlour. I contacted the company and spoke directly to David Cotton who came to my home to make the arrangements for my uncle’s funeral. He was punctual, professional and kind. I sense that he’s a ‘people person’ and I felt very relaxed with him. He’s completely approachable and doesn’t make you feel like an idiot for not knowing what’s happening.
