I can’t speak highly enough of Paul King from the first initial meeting they have been so nice.
I’ve been kept informed of everything along the way and whenever I needed to know anything they was there to answer my questions
And the funeral was so lovely and everything run like clockwork

I cannot speak highly enough of the gentleman that helped me when I came to see my grandad, Robert Bownes, on the 19th October. He helped me feel at ease and treated my grandad with the up most respect. I wish I had got his name because he was absolutely amazing. I cannot thank him enough for making a difficult situation easier for me.

I would just like to say thank you to Helen for the sensitive way she conducted the initial meeting regarding Dad's funeral arrangements, Paul for personally taking chief role on the actual day, the drivers of the hearse and limos for the dignified and smooth drive to Chelmsford Crematorium, and the whole team for their combined effort in ensuring the timings worked, and the cars were in pristine condition.
