Amazing, AMAZING service and items. I was lucky enough to be introduced (via telephone) to Jen the day before my beloved dog was due to be euthanised and clearly there was little time to spare. Jen hot footed it to the post office and sent the kits I needed to take prints moulds that day and sent them Special Delivery so they arrived with an hour to spare on the sad day.
