Audrey made organising my mother’s funeral stress free. From the start, she was calm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was much to-ing and fro-ing on my part re the service which was never a hassle to Audrey. There was a power cut ( due to the recent storm ) at the crematorium on the day of the service, and Audrey, like a swan, rearranged everything to happen on the same day and time at a beautiful local Church without showing any external stress to our family. I really can’t thank her enough nor praise her sufficiently.
