No problems at all in dealing with the Cowdenbeath branch of the Co-op funeralcare. I dealt mainly with Pauline, who was absolutely fantastic from the beginning to the end of the process. She was very friendly, informative, professional, and courteous, and helped me throughout the entire process. On the day i dealt with the funeral director Ian and he was the same as Pauline. Both are an absolute credit to your organisation.

From the first meeting to saying farewell at the crematorium the team at the Co-op (Keri in particular) were fantastic. Every aspect of the lead up to and the actual funeral were discussed and our wishes put in place.
