The staff at Anderson Maguire were very compassionate and helpful in supporting us with the arrangements for our mum’s funeral. Julie was very kind and kept in close touch with us all the way through the days leading up to the service. She answered all our questions and was extremely patient as we decided on the wording of the order of service and memorial cards.
On the day of the funeral itself, everything went very smoothly. Each of the drivers were professional, respectful and showed concern for our comfort.

We honestly cannot thank you all enough, from the respectful way you took our father from his home into your care to taking him on his last journey past his local pub. Everything was conducted with true kindness and compassion. Our dad lived a simple life with no thrills but you all helped us giving him a beautiful send off. The level of service received from the initial phone call to the final minute detail and all things in between was exceptional. Two staff members in particular, Julie and Liz, gave great advice and guidance on all aspects of funeral planning and I found it especially comforting that the strain of organising matters was lifted from my shoulders. I couldn't have asked for two better people to have acted on my behalf. The dignity and respect shown by all Anderson Maguire staff to the deceased and my family was greatly appreciated.
