Had a great experience with Jim when planning my dad's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and made everything as smooth as could be. He was knowledgeable and full of great advice. He knows just when and how to tell you what is important, and what is a bit silly or over the top. Having handled both my dad and sister's funeral arrangements, I'd heartily recommend Jim and would happily use his services again. Hopefully not too soon tho!
