As a family we have used Smiths Blantyre on a few occasions over the years when we have lost grandparents. In recent years we unfortunately lost our own parents and we spoke to Smiths, Lisa was fantastic on listening to what we wanted and offered guidance when we weren't sure. Lisa treated my sister and I with kindness and professionalism and always got back to us when she said she would. We felt we were in safe hands and were partnering with a company who would look after our parents. The rest of the staff were also very respectful on the day of the Funerals and showed compassion.

Lisa and Charles made a very difficult process easier, their time, patience and compassion was outstanding from first contact to the last. Smiths dealt with the whole process professionally and delicately. It would have been better for us if local businesses were incorporated to use for external services.
