We had the most compassionate, respectful service from everyone at Wylie & Lochhead as well as from Shyla, the celebrant they put us in touch with. Sam is perfect for the job with a gentle voice and peaceful manner. She had a can-do response to every tentative idea we put forward. We could see the Coop's ethos to make the funeral as individual as we wish. Everyone gave us time where we needed time while being efficient in driving things forward where we required it. We got everything we needed to make this important time feel just right.

From the first phone call everything was made easy for us. Cathie is a professional & very caring and sensitive lady who put us at ease & made us feel like old friends. Arrangements were flawless . What struck us most ( after arranging a previous funeral elsewhere) was the trust shown by the company policy of taking a deposit and paying the balance after the service. This is not the case everywhere & when in the depth of grief,having someone insist on payment in full immediately just makes the whole process a cold business transaction rather than arranging a celebration of a loved ones life.
