This was the second time we have arranged a funeral through Co-op funeralcare in Giffnock. My mother's funeral in 2023 was arranged so well it was a very easy decision to return when our father sadly died earlier this year. Again Kevin, Pamela and the team were extremely helpful, compassionate and professional throughout.

Probably a nice funeral director to deal with if you don't get Carol. Didn't do fingerprint as asked, didn't return clothing as asked and didn't pass on any condolences when there. However other people working there did. Wouldn't have used but the package had already been bought and paid for.
The drivers and the men at the crematorium from the funeral directors were great and very respectful, big shout out to you all who are doing a fantastic job.
If you do use them make sure someone else deals with your requests.
