★☆☆☆☆ A grieving family shouldn't be worried about the practical arrangements on the day of the funeral of their loved one. Unfortunately we didn't experience this with Jonathan Harvey Bearsden. Multiple corrections to the date of death on the order of service, last minute signing of documents the day before at a third party funeral directors office, the coffin being brown rather than white as specified. Raising complaints and getting lip service apologises, but still having to chase 2 weeks later for when the ashes will be available. All reflect a poor standard of service received and professi
