Obviously this is one of the most difficult times in anyone's life. I felt we were treated with dignity and respect throughout. Lauren who was our point of contact was always on hand very helpful. The ceremony was perfect. The flowers were outstanding and we were delighted with them. T&R O'Brien took care of everything for us and it all went safely. The only thing that was missed was the large picture framed that should have been on the coffin. Just to point out to ensure it's not missed for others

Staff who were always there for me with time and patience and kind words as I grieved.
