I would just like to first thank Megan who dealt with our funeral arrangements perfectly, did all the work, flowers, booking cremation, arranging times of hearse, helped pick a coffin and showed us all prices and packages and made the whole process simple and easy to understand.
She kept us up to date with everything via email and phone calls to ensure all was running as planned.
On the day the funeral team were excellent, very professional and helpful and made mums send off a lovely one.
