The care and guidance that we received from Alan from the very moment my mum passed away very suddenly at home was incredibly. At a time where you feel numb, shocked, confused etc… he was so clear and comforting on guiding us through every step of the process. Every wish that we put forward for mums service was made possible and executed with the class and dignity that we hoped for for mum. Without them, we would have been completely lost. After my dads recent passing a thank you is not enough for the staff at James Cockburn. From the initial phone call on the Saturday morning, they made us feel so comfortable & at ease. They talked us through everything from registering his death, planning the service he would have wanted, dealing with the council in purchasing a new plot, to the actual service, they have been outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. It took the pressure & worry off of us knowing that we had somone we could fully trust carrying out our dad's last wishes. I can not recommend them highly enough.
