★☆☆☆☆ John Kane were amazing when we lost our Mum recently, they were caring, patient and made my brother and I feel very much at ease. This was not the 1st time we used John Kane, 10 years ago we used them for dad so we went in knowing we would be taken care of. We did not feel pressured to use them for flowers instead opting for our own florist locally . On the day the took us through what to expect and there driver for the car was lovely and respectful. Mum had a great send off and we will be eternally grateful.
